Refund Policy

No Refund for Early Departure : If a customer discontinues their program with Future before its completion, they will not beentitled to a refund of the tuition fees.
Refund Eligibility : Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of the management and will only be processed to the debit/credit card used for the original payment.
Clarification on Refunds : For clarity, Future is not obligated to refund any fees (or part thereof) unless those fees (or part thereof) have already been paid.

Data Encryption : All payment details entered through this payment gateway are encrypted to ensure the security of your information. Communication between the Service Provider's site and the user is encrypted, providing an additional layer of protection.
User Responsibility : Future is not liable for any failure by the customer or third party to safeguard their data during the payment process. This includes instances where sensitive information is visible on the screen to others or accessed by unauthorized persons..
Clarification on Refunds : Future shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by the customer or third party during the online payment process.

ayment Methods : Online payments for fees can be made using a credit/debit card or net banking. These payments are processed by the Service Provider, not directly by Future Services.
Payment Confirmation : Once the payment is received by the Service Provider in cleared funds, they will notify Future Services of the successful transaction. Future Services will then confirm receipt of payment to the customer.
Customer Responsibility : If confirmation of payment is not received within 14 days of making the payment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Future Services to verify acceptance of the payment.
Until Future Services provides confirmation of payment receipt, the customer remains responsible for the tuition fees, including any outstanding amounts.
